Liaising between the client, artwork production team and quality control team daily regarding new briefs, answering queries to ensure the smooth production of artwork.
Working on projects from start to finish, from building new artwork, actioning amends and entering data into the project management system, and creating invoices promptly on completion of the project once the artwork is approved. Using the company's project management system to ensure all data is up to date and correct.
Participation in team meetings and following through with actions/projects
Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures.

Temporary Studio Coordinator for Gray Puksand Architecture firm (Bespoke) - Australia

Carrying out reception duties, which include answering phones, greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms, cleaning the kitchen.
Administration - Filing documents, ordering stationery, ordering catering, updating and sending out marketing agenda with minutes to the partners, dealing with all requests related to the studio, booking flights, care for staff and dealing with maintenance requests for the studio.

Helping to cut fabric and foam as requested, stapling wadding and material to a wooden frame to create furniture following direction. Providing design advice when asked.

Design Internship Karolina York - Australia
2017 (11 September-30 November)
Assisting the trend team, compiling trend files, and capturing images from the most recent catwalks of prints. Creating physical hard copies of artwork. Drawing and painting motifs for the designers to use in various mediums, working to briefs that had been set for the designers which related to the catwalks. I was concentrating on colour, composition, designing and illustrating for a specific market, technical repeats and harmony. Organising the art supplies and library.
